This is a pair of espalier apple trees where the trunks have wrapped around themselves before sending their branches outwards.
The leaves are recycled from a copper cylinder, coloured with heat, they are autumnal shades.
The trunks and branches are made from rusted steel, before being sealed with oil (that dries like a paint).
